The structure of society and power in Russia Putin and his closest entourage:

1. Corporations bound by economic (corruption) relations

2. Clans related to corruption relations (business, government structures, the Federal Assembly, the judiciary, parties).

This is the structure of the oligarchs, formed by Yeltsin, with the support of which Putin came to power.

3. Chekists and Petrograders, family clans, which Putin brought to power.

All these structures, in the opinion of Leonid Ivashov, are in fierce competition for power and pieces of Russian pie. They form and subordinate the prosecutor's office, courts, other law enforcement agencies - everything that serves them and protects them.

When someone surrenders, such as Ulyukayev or governors, they are those who are not part of this clan system and are small millionaire crooks.

Main socium:

Teachers, scientists, doctors, employees of corporations and state institutions, servicemen, the production sector and others - 30-35 million people.

At the St. Petersburg forum, the deputy Andrei Makarov, chairman of the budget committee of the State Duma, who is a representative of corporate, oligarchic structures. His speech was a reflection of the trends that are now taking place within these structures.

Today the clan is beginning to dominate the government. Look, the president was only elected, and gasoline and diesel fuel for a month went up by three rubles per liter. This is shifting the damage caused to the oligarchs in the United States and Britain, on the shoulders of the people. As a consequence, food, transportation (air and public transport) starts to rise in price. And these costs are borne precisely by this basic society - teachers, scientists, doctors, employees of corporations and state institutions, military personnel, the production sector, small and medium-sized businesses, and their families.

In Russia, no one protects their interests. And even small and medium-sized entrepreneurs are festering and plundering as they like.

In the normal countries, the middle class was formed on the basis of the basic society. In Russia, the middle class is being destroyed under the root. This middle class was also scientists, industrialists, entrepreneurs,

And let's name one more part of our society: the poorest layers, pensioners, drug addicts, alcoholics, migrants and others - 40-45 million people. In no way can these people influence politics.

This information is necessary to understand what is happening in Russia. This is called a foreign fascist dictatorship, according to Leonid Ivashov.

Who determines the future of Russia?

At the heart of the formation of a political and social course are the interests of corporations and clans. To promote and uphold their interests (profits), their representatives and deputies are moving to power structures, political parties, law enforcement structures, law enforcement agencies are being bought. To protect the people, power organizations are being created. The composition of the government is a compromise between corporations and clans. In the new composition, the advantage of the clan is read.

Deputies, parties, special services, including external intelligence - all this works for big business. And we are the main mass meeting, patriotism, parades, immortal regiment - a legend for the people.

What threats and challenges are facing Russia.

The fact that Putin in the message showed armament - "Sarmat", "Dagger", is a good weapon, but individual samples, mass production does not exist. But the main thing is not an external threat. This armament will not protect the people from poverty, from an alien-fascist dictatorship. This armament is a defense of capital, acquired by "excessive" labor in Russia.

Gorbachev and Yeltsin - each of them fulfilled its role in the destruction of the state. Gorbachev destroyed the conquests of the Second World War. Yeltsin destroyed the thousand-year history of Russia.

All the terms of Putin's stay in power we expected that he would put forward his project.

We do not have our own ideology, it is banned in Russia. We do not have our own geopolitical project. And here we must remember Yeltsin's phrase: "Our goal is to build into the Western community."

Without our project, we rush, we do not know what purpose we want to achieve, what place we occupy in the world, who and with whom we want to be. We must position ourselves as an intellectual, moral power of justice. And we must have a corresponding ideology.

Our main threat is that we reject the thousand-year history of Russia and do not shape our future history. The consequence of this is people's depression, misunderstanding of the future and purpose of life, an increase in the number of citizens of Russia who want to go abroad.

And as an example, I want to report that 75% of dollar millionaires in Russia have obtained the citizenship of other states. At least 100,000 young specialists have already left abroad in recent years - and this is our trouble.

Ideological challenges of the Russian Federation:

- the constitutional refusal to have a state ideology, which implies a lack of goal-setting in development
- subordination to other people's ideologies
- the absence of external ideological (strategic) allies
- the absence of a national idea uniting society and the state.
The rejection of its ideology makes one accept someone else's ideology, and it works for us. We have temporary allies, and we do not have long-term allies. Because long-term alliances are based on shared ideology, values and goals.

Today we have no ideology and it is premature to talk about permanent allies. We see where Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are going, only Armenia remains. And where it leads Nichol, we do not know yet.

The absence of a national idea is a factor that hinders the unification of society. All countries have their ideologies and strategic goals - the United States, South America, the countries of the Islamic world, China, except Russia. In the Russian society, as regards ideology, there is confusion and vacillation. But 91% of Russian citizens consider it necessary to have a state ideology.

Is there an ideology in Russia?

The Constitution prohibits state ideology, but ideology always exists as a form of social consciousness. However, in the Russian Federation liberalism is clearly acting as an ideology. The new government of the Russian Federation and its ideology and ideology are liberal oligarchic. At the same time, the president publicly demonstrates the liberal-democratic course, but actually holds a liberal-clan, the government in practice carries out the liberal-oligarchic.

The main motivation of all branches of power is the preservation of power and preservation in power. Most of the population continues to live in their minds in the ideology of democratic socialism.

I want to draw your attention to the two opposing factions in the world: Judaism, Hasidim, who proclaim their goal - to rule over the whole world. In the Torah, everything is clearly spelled out. But there is another group that concentrates Chinese around themselves - these are Han. This is the Celestial Empire and their goal, as at the last congress proclaimed Xi Jin Pinh - mastery of the world without shots.

I suppose that these two groups will clash in the struggle for world domination. This raises the question - what do we do in this case?

It must be remembered that at the last congress of the CCP it was clearly announced that China is building socialism and will not turn from this path. The documents of the company of China indicate that capitalism is China's main enemy. And here the full question is who we are, who we will be in this battle.

Russia 2018, what we achieved:

- in the "stagnant" 25 years before 1990, the USSR economy grew 2.5 times; for 25 "democratic" reforms since 1990, the economy grew by 4%
- In natural terms, the level of production in the Russian Federation for 2018 is 40% of 1990, i.е. - this is a 2.5 times drop
- The economy in Russia is not systemic, and focal. Systemic are corruption, the withdrawal of capital abroad, man-made disasters, floods and fires
- the middle class in Russian society has practically disappeared, in the production sphere, in education, in science it is not
- we simply went into slavery. Slavery is virtually virtually everyone before a few

The cost of gas for the population: Ukraine - 3, 73 rubles., Belarus - 2, 68 rubles., Kazakhstan - 2.16 rubles., Russia - 5.25 rubles.
