Occupy Wall Street is a leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants.

I have thought for years that my peers have been "asleep".

Capitalism has stolen our essence and advertizing dictates the daily lives of Americans who don't realize they don't have to be obese, uneducated, and addicted. Every American deserves healthcare, a good education (including college), and a standard of living. We need to wake up our neighbors and force this country to change! Before it's too late...
