АРГЕНТИНА – РЕЗЕРВНЫЙ УЧАСТНИК ГРУППЫ БРИКС?

В статье рассматривается новый этап в развитии БРИКС и возможность расширения этого формирования в будущем за счет новых членов, в частности, Аргентины, которая сумела в последние годы выстроить особые отношения с каждой из пяти стран, входящих в группу. Авторы анализируют мотивы, играющие решающую роль в желании руководства южноамериканского государства примкнуть к данному форуму восходящих гигантов и причины, препятствующие его осуществлению.

 The article is devoted to analyze the new period of BRICS development and the possibility of this group to wide in the future by the way of new members integration.Argentinacan be one of these new members, because it built some kind of special relations with every of five countries-member of BRICS. The authors analyze the main motifs, which determined the position of Argentinean government to participate in BIRCS and the aspects, which put obstacles in the way of this process.
