В Организацию Объединённых наций, другие международные организации, главам государств, государственным деятелям, политическим лидерам, в парламенты и средства массовой информации
Мы обращаемся ко всем людям, которые понимают ценность мира и выступают против войны. Вы видите грандиозную кампанию дезинформации, которая организована против народа независимой Ливии. Средства массовой информации обрушили на население планеты огромное количество лжи о том, что происходит в этой стране. Законную власть Ливии без каких-либо доказательств обвиняют в ужасных преступлениях. Опубликованные фотографии, видеозаписи и документы свидетельствуют: видимость революции в Ливии была создана правительствами и специальными службами ряда влиятельных государств. Видимость эта была создана с единственной целью: насильно отнять у народа независимой Ливии принадлежащие ему природные ресурсы. Народ Ливии и законная власть этой страны сегодня близки к тому, чтобы остановить эту ужасную провокацию и вернуть жизнь ливийского народа к миру.
Мы просим всех, кто имеет право принимать ответственные решения в своих странах и в международных организациях: остановите агрессию против государства Ливия, её законной власти и лидера страны Муаммара аль-Каддафи! Примите участие в национальных и международных дискуссиях, в том числе в обсуждении документов Совета Безопасности ООН, которые оказывают влияние на интересы мира в регионе Ливии! Остановите утверждение любых государственных и международных решений, включая документы Совета Безопасности ООН, которые нарушают права народа и государства Ливии!

We are addressing all people who understand the values of peace and campaign against war. You are now witnessing a huge disinformation campaign organized against the free peoples of Libya.
The mass media is throwing at the inhabitants of planet a huge amount of lies about what is going on in Libya. The Lawful government of is being accused of the most terrible things, without any evidence. All the films taken, published photographs and documented evidence proves that this has been started by an array of western countries and their special services. It is clear for all to see that this was started with one thing in mind, to aggressively take away the independence of the people of Libya whilst stealing their natural resources. The people and lawful government of the people of Libya are now close to stopping this awful and bloody event and are returning the lives of the Libyan people to normality.
We are asking everyone who has the right to take part in the decision making processes of their countries and in the international organizations to stop this aggression against the Libyan state and her lawful head Muammar al Gaddafi. Take part in the national and international discussions, including the discussions of documents from the security council of the UN, which are influencing the best interests of peace in Libya region. Stop the approval and implementation of all national and international decisions, including the UN Security Council documents that violate the rights of the people and of the state of Libya!
Peace stability and the lives of many thousands of people are depending on your decisions today! Stop this shameful war! Keep the Peace!

Nous nous adressons a tous les gens qui comprennent les valeurs de la paix et des mouvements contre la guerre. Vous assistez aujourd'hui à une énorme campagne de désinformation organisée contre le peuple de la Libye.
Les médias lancent sur les habitants de la planète une énorme quantité de mensonges sur ce qui se passe en Libye. Le gouvernement légal est en train d'être accusé des choses les plus terribles sans aucune preuve. Tous les films pris, des photographies publiés et des preuves documentées prouvent que cela a été commencé par des pays et les services spéciaux occidentaux. Il est clair aux yeux de tous que c’était commencé avec une seule idée en tête, d’emporter de l'indépendance de la Libye d’une manière agressive pour le vol de leurs ressources naturelles. Le peuple et le gouvernement légitime de la Libye sont maintenant proches pour arrêter cet événement terrible et sanglante et retournent les vie s du peuple libyen vers la normalité.
